Creed Singer - Apparently, none of what Scott Stapp said in the 15-minute video he posted on Facebook was true. Instead, the situation in which he finds himself is quite different.
There are claims that on Nov. 13, Creed's singer, Scott Stapp, was found on a Florida road "wasted, incoherent and rambling" and making allegations that someone was trying to poison him, 9 News noted.
The police took him then to psychiatric hold for a 72-hour period. At the same time, Jaclyn Stapp is looking to get divorced from Creed's singer.
She made claims in legal documents that he threatened to kill himself, hears voices and also has visions of people on fire. She also stated that on Nov. 10, he called his son's school and told the dean ISIS terrorists had targeted the school, NY Daily News reported.
These delusions he has come after the repeated consumption and abuse of drugs, which include marijuana, cocaine, PCP and crystal meth as well. He also suffers from a steroids addiction, his wife said.
As for Creed's singer and his own account of events, he posted the video on Nov. 26 claiming that he was under some "vicious attack" and the IRS had frozen his accounts, leaving him penniless and homeless.
Then, he recently deleted said video and replaced it with a statement.
"I'm going to step back and let God control everything from here on. I should have continued to that before I allowed my hurt, frustrations and emotions take control and post those videos," these were some of the words he shared.
According to Rolling Stone, Jaclyn filed legal documents to have her husband committed for a calculated time of 60 days and receive there the help that he needs.
The situation with Creed's singer is a dramatic and heartbreaking one, but the one positive outcome is that he clearly hasn't lost his famous faith.
