The cream cheese spreads have been recalled due to potential salmonella contamination. Schreiber Foods recently recalled Hy-Vee Cream Cheese Spreads for the same reason. The affected products were sold at select ALDI stores in Washington D.C. and 28 states. The states are: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.
