Here Is Your Chance to See the First Two Episodes of Amazon's 'Man in the High Castle'

Amazon is giving you a first glimpse at one of the most highly anticipated shows from its latest batch of pilots.

From 12am PST on Friday, October 23 to 11:59pm PST on Sunday, October 25, in the US and UK, you can watch the first two episodes of The Man in the High Castle on Amazon Prime Video. This little sneak peek is open to everyone; even those without an Amazon Prime subscription.

Based on acclaimed Sci-Fi author Philip K. Dick's novel of the same name, The Man in the High Castle is an engrossing 'what if' story that explores an alternate reality where the Axis Powers were victorious during World War II and proceeded to conquer the United States.

The series was adapted by former X-Files writer Frank Spotnitz and features a large ensemble cast that includes the likes of Alexa Davalos, Rupert Evans, Luke Kleintank, Joel de la Fuente, DJ Qualls,  Rufus Sewell, Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa, Arnold Chun, Carsten Norgaard, and Lee Shorten.

Academy Award Nominated director Ridley Scott is listed as an executive producer.

The pilot will also be available for streaming on IGN, CraveOnline, and the Facebook pages of Amazon, Amazon Video, Kindle, and IMDB. Do note that these will only be carrying the first episode. To get episode two you'll need to watch on Amazon video.

The rest of the 10 episode first season will launch simultaneously on Amazon Prime on November 20. You're going to need a subscription if you want to view the rest.

If that hasn't piqued your interest, hears the pilot's official synopsis.

It's 1962, America has lost WWII; the east is the Greater Nazi Reich and the west, the Japanese Pacific States. Amidst this oppression there is new hope - films that seem to show a different world. When her sister gives her a film and is then murdered, a woman comes to believe the films hold the key to freedom and becomes obsessed with finding their mysterious guardian, The Man in the High Castle.
