There must be something extra special behind Justin Bieber's tattoos. The 22-year old Canadian singer, who has over 30 permanent ink on his body, has added a new ink and flaunted a shirtless selfie on his Instagram page on Tuesday, October 6, with the word 'purpose' tattooed on his six-pack abs.
Bieber briefly captioned the photo "#purpose", showing the new tattoo above his belly in a mirror selfie. Reports say that his new 'purpose' tattoo happens to be the title of his upcoming album release which will due on November 13, Friday.
It's not actually surprising to hear of Bieber getting a new tattoo for an album release as he also did the same thing during the release of his 2012 third studio album 'Believe', which was placed on his left arm.
Besides Bieber's upcoming album, the young singer is said to be releasing his new single, one week before his album's arrival. The news sparked after Bieber hinted about his upcoming single during his promo tour which took place in Australia and New Zealand.
It seems like Bieber is really trying to get things back together in his life, especially in his career. In fact, since his successful comeback, he has now taken the lead on the music charts with his newly released singles 'Where Are U Now?' and 'What Do You Mean?', which are also both soaring high on iTunes, Spotify records and Billboard's Hot 100 chart.
Bieber confirmed the arrival of his new album during his guesting on 'The Tonight Show' with Jimmy Fallon. Prior to this, Bieber released his album's lead single "What Do You Mean" which he performed live at the 2015 MTV VMAS Awards night in late August.
Following his album announcement, Bieber has been throwing a shade against the four-piece boy band One Direction for having a same-day release of their albums, with him saying "So, that's probably why they did it. I think it was a strategy on their part because my release date was first."
Setting aside the tattoos, Justin Bieber is getting ready for a possible 'world tour' team-up in 2016 with the 'Problem' singer Ariana Grande.
