Exes Jennie Garth and Peter Facinelli have finally sold the California mansion they once called home.
The former "90210" star and her ex-husband, have shared the Toluca Lake mansion since 2003, according to the Christian Science Monitor. They purchased the home for $1.35 million..
The couple agreed to sell their 8,500 square-foot home, which was purchased recently for $3.99 million, more than twice the original purchasing price. RadarOnline.com reported the sale was $2 million less than the original asking price. According to Reality TV Magazine the house was originally listed at $6 million.
The 8,416-square-foot house, built in 1937, boasts six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a bar room, two master suites, a gym, a pool and a five-car garage.
According to the Los Angeles Times, the home was purchased by "Big Bang Theory" executive producer Bill Prady. Prady won the final bid for the home that was designed by architect Paul Williams.
Prady's career has been on the rise following a slew of awards for the "Big Bang Theory" which he is also the co-creator of. Last year, the show was honored with an Emmy nominee for "Best Comedy Series." It won both the People' Choice Award and the Critic's Choice Award for a Television Series.
Garth and Facinelli wed in January of 2001, after meeting on the set of "An Unfinished Affair" in 1995. Together they have three daughters: Luca Bella (born 1997), Lola Ray (born 2002), and Fiona Eve (born 2006).
In March, E! News confirmed the couple's divorce, which was finalized in June. Facinelli filed for divorce last year citing "irreconcilable differences" after 11 years of marriage. Both parties promised to keep things "civil" for the sake of their children. The couple also agreed to contribute equal amounts to joint bank accounts set up for the girls, according to E! News.
Garth is currently dating musician Jeremy Salken, while Facinelli is dating his "Nurse Jackie" costar, Jaimie Alexander.
