Ever since it was officially confirmed that the pop megastar was dating Patrick Schwarzenegger, the son of former California Governor and "Terminator" actor Arnold Schwarzenegger, much has been said about Maria Shriver and Miley Cyrus, most of which sheds negative light into the singer as she tries to improve her relationship with her mother-in-law.
Now, for the first time, it seems that Maria Shriver and Miley Cyrus' relationship is finally improving, as Arnold Schwarzenegger's ex wife warms up to the singer while she tones it down a notch when she's in the company of her in-laws - which are not much less than royalty, as Shriver's a Kennedy and the niece of President John F. Kennedy and Robert Kennedy.
According to Entertainment Tonight Online, things seem to be improving between Maria Shriver and Miley Cyrus, as Patrick's famous mom (a respected journalist, author and philanthropist on her own right) joined the couple for dinner this week, as they had a family-friendly date that also included Patrick's younger brother Chris.
As OK Magazine reports, Maria Shriver's Miley Cyrus impression this time around was fairly different, as the "Hannah Montana" star showed up with a completely different look as what she's usually sporting: she wore a very elegant and chic black dress and little to no make-up for dinner as she entered the Palm Restaurant in Los Angeles last Wednesday.
According to The Record, Maria Shriver's Miley Cyrus opinion has changed to one of respect, as the journalist sees that her son's relationship with the singer grows more serious, after they've been dating since last November.
Sources report that Shriver is a "hard egg to crack," but now that she sees that her son hasn't changed at all while being with the "Wrecking Ball" hit-maker, so she has become much more comfortable with their relationship.
There had been previous reports that Patrick was convinced the singer was "The One," but one of the things stopping him from taking their relationship to the next level was his mom - will there be wedding bells soon now that Maria Shriver likes Miley Cyrus?
