Ingredients
4 ripe Avocados, seeded, peeled, cut in chunks
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 small sweet white onion, minced
1 medium size tomato, seeded and diced,
1tbsp jalapeno, minced
Salt and pepper
Cilantro (you can replace it with basil or parsley, if you don't like cilantro)
Directions
1. Prepare vegetables and fruits. Peel avocados and chop them in chunks. And mince onion. Seed tomato and Cut it into dice. Mince jalapeno.
2. Mash avocados with lemon juice in a bowl, leaving some chunks.
3. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
4. Refrigerate it for 1 hour to mature.
5. Serve with nachos or chips.
