Rick Ross Weight Loss - The 37 year-old musician suffered of two seizures in one day three years ago. After that, he changed his lifestyle and diet. What did he do, exactly?
The truly remarkable fact behind Rick Ross and his weight loss is that he did it quantities. He lost 100 pounds in the last seven months, according to Yahoo News.
How, exactly? By eating healthy and maintaining good exercise. The rapper released his latest album on Monday, "Hood Billionaire" and promoting it all over Twitter and Instagram. It looks like he's doing great in all aspects.
Ross shared that the secret of his weight loss is basically keeping a balance between eating and actually enjoying food at the same time. The problem with a lot of diets is that they are very extreme. According to Ross, that's not the case here.
Apparently, the first step he took was leaving soda. If he drinks it, it must be diet but he maintains a higher respect for water and the consumption of it. There's no real secret in this advice as water is the "cure" for almost everything.
Another important fact he shared was that big meals should be eaten earlier during the day rather than later.
"I used to eat big meals at 2 a.m. and base it on my schedule. But I don't do that no more," was part of what he shared with the Associated Press in an interview.
This is also no secret. There's a reason why breakfast has a distinct importance and lunch, too. Basically, no meal should be skipped but the meals during the day tend to be highlighted predominantly.
In addition, Rick Ross practices cross fit and there's even a program called "Ross Fit" due to him, in which he goes through different exercises within a 20-minute span, which include pushups, sit-ups, boxing, squat jumps and Olympic-style weightlifting.
Also, he stopped eating bread, white rice and fish fillets. But apart from that, he actually treats himself to different foods daily and continues losing weight. He actually accentuates the fact that it's not about not eating anything, but eating and taking care of yourself at the same time.
Rick Ross actually made some important comments on weight loss and most importantly, showed that it's no rocket science or no actual secret to keep in shape.
