Bill Cosby Scandal: Another Alleged Sex Assault against the Comedian

Louisa Moritz is the latest women who resurfaced after Jane Dickinson's accusation. Moritz is arranging a class court case over alleged sex assault against Bill Cosby.

"One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest" is the Oscar-winning motion picture that Moritz was known for. She is the most recent woman on the list of women who claims about Cosby's dirty act. She stated that Cosby assaulted her on her dressing room during their appearance on "The Tonight Show" in 1971 while the host, Johnny Carson was doing his monologue.

Even though the event happened four decades ago, the actress is still planning to sue Cosby and trying to get at least nine other women who also been molested by the comedian to join her on her battle against Cosby.

However, Henry Gradstein, Wade Robinson's lawsuit lawyer when he filed a sex abuse against the late pop star, Michael Jackson, said to The News that Moritz plan is unlikely possible because the circumstances and facts of each case would prevail over possible common class issues and if the women who will join her are located in different states, the statues of limitations are precise to each state.

According to the Cuban-born actress, Moritz, she was in her dressing room when the comedian knocked on her door. He praised him for her acting and offered her to make a major star before the attacked had happened. She said that Cosby forced himself to her. Moritz chose to keep her silence about the incident until numbers of women are coming out against Cosby. Those women convince her to go public about the 1971 sexual abuse.

The 77-years-old, comedian has refused to give a statement against the issue that he was involved but Martin Singer; his lawyer said that the accusations are increasingly ridiculous and completely illogical.
