Greer Grammer earned Hollywood Foreign Press Association's Miss Golden Globe 2015 award. The honored actress quipped, "It will be an honor to be on a stage where people are winning this esteemed award."

She even shared through her twitter account in 2009 that she is just trying to live up to her name, which she said came from the actress "Greer Garson." She was named Kandace Greer Grammer.

She is thankful for her parents, for their support in her acting career and now, as she adds another feather on hew crown for being chosen by HFPA. She expressed her appreciation saying that, "I am flattered to have been chosen by the HFPA for this year's Miss Golden Globe. It's truly an honor to be included in this experience that so many incredible men and women have been a part of."

Title holders in a span of 10 years since the award was bestowed on its first selection, include Rumer Willis, Dakota Johnson, Kevin Bacon, Francesca and Kathryn Eastwood and the recent one preceding Greer, is Sosie Bacon, the daughter of Kyra Sedgwick.
