Diets for Celebrities Update: Lollipop Diet

The lollipop diet is said to be the latest fad in Hollywood and a-listers such as Britney Spears, Madonna, and Paris Hilton have tried it to keep those extra pounds off.

Appetite suppressing lollipops are said to be effective and the celebrities are trying it to see the effects for themselves. More women and men are being obsessed with the body image that celebrities are flaunting so the latest diet is now being studied if it really ditches the extra weight.

This diet has been first published by Grazia magazine when the niece of Alec Baldwin, Hailey Baldwin, was spotted sucking on one of the said lollipops.

So what is this diet about? It was first popularized by the Canadian company called Power Pops ant the lollipops invented by them are said to contain a weight loss ingredient namely Hoodia, a plant from South Africa used by indigenous people to survive in the dessert and is popularly known as HCA. It is also derived from the garcinia camboya plant, which is another dieting pill that has been famously used by celebrities worldwide.

The makers of the lollipops noted that their product has a lot of flavors consumers could choose from and they pressed it suppresses one's appetite and boosts the users energy.

These treats are said to be sugar free as it contains less than ten calories. The consumers are asked to suck the lollipops are least three times a day before every meal.

The lollipops are said to be available in health food stores all over the world but British consumers can only purchase them online as hoodia is said to be prohibited in the United Kingdom.

For the effectivity of the product, the chances are still thin but it would really reduce one's appetite causing the loss of weight. Basically, when people are eating sugar most of the day, they tend to eat less.

Other diet fads include the baby food diet, widely introduced by Jennifer Aniston, Byeonce's maple syrup diet, which are drinks that are made from a mixture of maple syrup, cayenne pepper and lemon juice, and Mariah Carey's diet regarding eating only purple food.
