Gabriel Harris Arrest Update: Taco Bell Drive-Through Incident Report Disclosed

Who have thought that you can be arrested for ordering on the drive-through and that was what happened to Gabriel Harris arrest. Harris, 33, a Florida local, was arrested in Taco Bell in New Smyrna Beach, Florida when he ordered food from Taco Bell's drive-through window.

The report said that Harris and his female friend rode up to Taco Bell and ordered food at the fast food's drive-through while they are on their bike. According to Associated Press, the drive-through service crew denied their orders because they were on bikes but Harris and his friend refuse to leave the area.

According to the Daytona Beach News-Journal, the Taco Bell's employees called the emergency hotline 911 and Harris was still on his bike near the menu speaker when the officers arrive at the area. The officer spotted a red Swiss Army knife of the belt loop of Harris while they are asking Harris to leave Taco Bell. The officer tried to reach for the Swiss Army knife but Harris grabbed the wrist of the officer that was led to a struggle. The officer managed to wrestle Harris to the ground and able to handcuffed him. Harris had a scraped forehead because of the brawl.

Also, according to the report, Harris was intoxicated during the incident. The incident happened before the fast food closing time, it was on Sunday morning around 3 a.m.

Harris was been detained to Volusia County Branch Jail and was charged with resisting arrest with violence. Harris posed with a big frown for his mug shot. He was released but fined with $1,000 bond.

According to the Miami Herald reports, the Taco Bell arrest was not the first arrest of Harris. He already experienced run-in with the law when he was arrested for resisting an officer but this time without violence. The incident happened early August but he appeared happier in his mug shot for that arrest.
