19 Kids and Counting Might Get Canceled, Thousands Petition Calling Show Anti-Gay

The hit show "19 Kids and Counting" starring Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar might be cancelled as according to a news report in one website, they have a lot of critics and it is coming from the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transsexual (LGBT) community.

According to the website, an online petition has been submitted via Change.org and they are actually urging the station TLC to cancel the show and take it out from being aired.

According to the letter also submitted in the said petition, the group complaining said, "End LGBTQ fear mongering by the Duggars."

The group added that the family with 19 offsprings has been using their fame and their show in order to promote their discrimination, hate, and fear-mongering regarding gays and transgenders. They added that t the network giant should have the side of justice and continued to urge them to cancel the said show.

The petition had over seven thousand signatures as of Tuesday afternoon but TLC still has no comment about it.

Just recently, the married couple was criticized about their move regarding a photo posted on their Facebook page. Michelle and Jim Bob posted a photo of them kissing and talked about marriage.

Their post reads, "God designed marriage to be a loving, dynamic relationship between a husband and wife for a lifetime. God loves marriage and it is supposed to be full of love, joy, fun and romance. We challenge all married couples to take a happily married picture and post it here."

A fan of the show named John Becker has taken on the challenge and posted a photo of him and his same-sex husband kissing. However, a few moments after, the photo allegedly got banned from the page. The creator of the page cited this and pressed that it is just one of the many examples that the family does to show that they do not support the LGBT community.
