Nicki Minaj And Ariana Grande Will Perform on the 42nd AMA’s Stage

Nicki Minaj and Ariana Grande are no doubt two of the most in demand singers in music industry today. With their songs that always include in the hit chart Minaj and Grande became favorite performers in every musical event and the two singers will showcase their talent on the upcoming 42nd American Music Awards.

Minaj and Grande are expecting to sing their own hit songs then Jessie J will sing along with their hit song "Bang Bang". Minaj just released her new single "Anaconda" and was the cover for December/January issue of Complex magazine while Grande won an award at 2014 Bambi Awards in Berlin, Germany last Nov. 13. She performed her songs "Break Free" and "Problem".

Aside from Minaj and Grande, Lil Wayne and Wyclef Jean are also chosen to perform at 42nd American Music Awards. Lil Wayne is expecting to debut his new single while Wyclef Jean will perform with Magic! to do a compilation of their hits.

Taylor Swift, Iggy Azalea, Sam Smith, Mary J. Blige, One Direction, Lorde, 5 Seconds of Summer, Stacy Ferguson of Black Eyed Peas, T.I. Imagine Dragons, Meghan Trainor and Selena Gomez will also make an appearance on the said music event.

Azalea leads the nominees with six nominations. Beyonce, Iggy Azalea, Eminem, Luke Bryan, Imagine Dragons, Lorde, One Direction, John Legend, Katy Perry and Pharrell Williams are the 10 nominees for Artist of the Year. Those 10 nominees will be cut into five based on the votes that will be received through voting. The winner will be determined by the total votes garnered throughout the entire voting period.

The 42nd American Music Awards will air on Nov. 23 on ABC broadcast live from Nokia Theatre Los Angeles and will be hosted by Pitbull. The pre-show will have a live coverage and can be stream online at Yahoo.com at 5:00 pm E.T.
