For Kendall Jenner, the split of her parents Kris and Bruce Jenner last fall was a tough ordeal that made her learn a whole lot of things about how to deal with the press from now on.
For the second youngest Kardashian daughter (even though she's not exactly a Kardashian, as she's related to sisters Kim, Khloé and Kourtney through their mom Kris), news of her parents' divorce was no easy task to bear, but it seems that Kendall Jenner's split has taught her a lot about life in the eye of the media.
According to ABC News, the reality star and model was recently on "Nightline" to talk about life, her career choices and what everyone seems to be interested about: her family. Obviously enough, for Kendall Jenner, the split of Kris and Bruce was much more than just a bit of celebrity gossip.
The focus of Kendall Jenner's split thoughts were all about how difficult it was for her at the beginning, as she had to deal with the press while working her way up as a model, according to Us Weekly. She says that, once the tough months were over, everyone was ultimately happy with how things went - and she says there's no difference to the way things were before as to how they are now, besides the fact that her dad now lives on the beach.
While most of the media focus on the interview has been on Kendall Jenner's split thoughts, she also talked extensively about where she wants her modeling career to go - and, most of all, how she wants to work it for herself and be successful without the help of her famous last name and background as a reality television star.
According to The Daily Mail, she also revealed that she banned her sister Kim Kardashian West from attending her modeling shows - but it's all good among the sisters, since Kendall just wants the attention to be on her work instead of on her super famous sister who recently set out to break the Internet.
