Charles's Manson, 80, was imprisoned since year 1970 right after he was convicted. He was the mastermind of the brutal death of Sharon Tate, actress, together with the other six people. Charles achieved to have a license, allowing him to marry a 26-year old girl, Afton Elaine Burton.
The marriage license was given Nov. 7 based on the public records which is only effective for 90 days. Hence, they need to get married before those 90 days expire or else they need to get another license. Burton was from Midwest then she decided to move to California in order for her to visit Manson easier. According to reports, Burton has been visiting Manson for almost nine years now. Based on the interview, she said that they will get married and the rumored wedding will really happen soon. In fact, if her fiancé do not have any issues in some situations inside the prison the wedding could happen so soon.
The spokesperson of Department of Corrections in California said that Manson committed three violations last February 2013 namely, refusal to submit his urine sample, threatening the staff, and possession a weapon. Manson together with his family, Patricia Krenwinkle, Susan Atkins, and Tex Watson were all sentenced to death, but there sentenced were change to life imprisonment because death penalty was completely abolished.
Watson together with Atkins and Krenwinkle killed tate who at that time was pregnant. They also killed Tate's friends, Jay Senring, Wojciech Frykowski and Abigail Folger at Tate's house. Her rented house at that time was in Benedict Canyon. To cut this story short, Linda Kasabian testified and she pointed out that it was those three people killed Tate together with Charles Manson.
During Manson and Burton wedding, they are not allowed conjugal visits. However, they can have 10 guests who are not inmates during the nuptials. Burton on the other hand believes that his husband to be is innocent and their wedding will happen next month.
