Jennifer Lawrence Cake? ‘Hunger Games’ REALLY Begin: Katniss Everdeen Is An Actual Piece Of Cake! [PHOTOS]

As she was competing for a contest, an incredibly talented baker made a dessert that the judges won't be able to forget anytime soon: a Jennifer Lawrence cake!

Lara Clarke, a woman who only started baking professionally three years ago according to Fox News, has made a name for herself creating celebrity look-alikes based on flour, like her most recent creation of a Jennifer Lawrence cake. The super talented baker created a 5 foot and 10 inches version of Katniss Everdeen, the character the Oscar-winning actress made famous in the adaptations of popular teen novels "The Hunger Games."

Deservedly so, the Jennifer Lawrence cake didn't only gather Clarke some mass recognition - but it also won her the gold in the contest she was participating in! According to the BBC, the British baker (from Walsall), was the winner of the Cake International contest for her second year in a row, after having won last year for a cake inspired by Johnny Depp's famous character Jack Sparrow, from "Pirates of the Caribbean."

While Lana Clarke won the top prize of the competition for her Jennifer Lawrence cake, it wasn't the only dessert she was competing with at the show: at about the same time as she created the Katniss Everdeen cake, she also went ahead and made one of her favorite "Game of Thrones" character, Tyrion Lannister (portrayed in the HBO series by Peter Dinklage) - and, for that one, she won the silver prize!

The competition that saw the Jennifer Lawrence cake for the very first time is called Cake International, and it's set in Birmingham, England every year. For the second time in a row, Clarke won the top prize. She's originally from Belfast (Northern Ireland) and is the owner of Tasty Cakes bakery.

The recipe for the incredible Jennifer Lawrence cake included 150 eggs, 10 kilograms (or 22 pounds) of flour and 22 pounds of butter - not to mention the fact that she needed 30 12-inch square tins to be able to make it. Also, it took Clarke two and a half months to make it. Of course, since it was an exhibition, the cake didn't need to be fresh, so it wasn't a problem that it was over two months old.

Perhaps the most amusing part of the whole Jennifer Lawrence cake ordeal is the fact that the "Hunger Games" cast, including J-Law herself, actually ended up seeing the award-winning dessert as well!

According to E! News, the actress, along with her Panem co-stars Liam Hemsworth and Josh Hutcherson, was a guest in Nick Grimshaw's BBC Radio 1 show earlier this week - and in their visit, the main cast of the upcoming film "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1," their host showed them some odd bit of English hospitality, revealing to them pictures of the amazing Jennifer Lawrence cake.

Of course, their reactions were nothing but funny because, of course, who expects to have been made into a life-sized cake? As the three of them detailed the huge Jennifer Lawrence cake, an impressed Hemsworth went on to say that the person who'd created that had done "good work," while the mesmerized actress said, if the baker was listening, she wanted to state that she was "incredibly talented."

However, fun times with the Jennifer Lawrence cake didn't stop there! Josh Hutcherson, who plays Peeta in the movies, went on to say to J-Law that it wasn't entirely accurate, telling her that her real waist was smaller. And, of course, this made the actress squeal to quiet down her co-star!

It seems that Clarke was listening to the show, as she went on to comment on the interview regarding her Jennifer Lawrence cake in her bakery's Facebook page:

"I am absolutely gob smacked..." Clarke wrote, "Like... I have tears. This is awesome."
