‘Only’ Lyric Video by Nicki Minaj Offends Everyone: Minaj Says Sorry!

Nicki Minaj expresses her apology about the lyric video of "Only" that might offend anyone.

It was on Nov. 7 when Anaconda rapper launched the video of "Only" which is Nicki Minaj's new song featuring Chris Brown together with Lil Wayne and Drake-Minaj's Young Money labelmates.

Eventhough it's a little too nasty to include here, but this is what fans set off. In the video released they used the Nazi imagery as well as the swastika Young Money logo. There are fans who consider this as anti-semitic vibe while others see this as "disgusting" not to mention "super uncomfortable" for viewers to watch.

Based on the survey of Entertain This, there are about 67% asking for the explanation coming from Minaj or let's say they are looking forward for Minaj's apology.

So, last Nov. 10 the National Director for Anti-Defamation League, Abraham H. Foxman said that "Nicki Minaj's new video disturbingly evokes Third Reich propaganda and constitutes a new low for pop culture's exploitation of Nazi symbolism." He also added that the video released for the song "Only" is "deeply disturbing and offensive and is insensitive to Holocaust survivors and a trivialization of that era."

E! Points on the other hand is waiting about the reaction of Drake on the video released via social media. Drake is a Jewish and fans as well as reporters from different media are waiting for his comments.

For the reason that people are asking for Minaj's apology, she came up saying, "I didn't come up w/the concept, but I'm very sorry & take full responsibility if it has offended anyone. I'd never condone Nazism in my art."

Via her Tweeter account she also said that A. Loucas, her producer and a person who is in-charge of everything including overseeing the video and happens to be one of her great friends is also a Jewish. Moreover, "Only" lyric video is actually influenced by "Sin City" "Metalocalypse" from Cartoon Network.
