Soon to be out, the "41: A Portrait of My Father" authored by George W. Bush, will reveal to the public the life story of a former US President, George W.H. Bush as perceived and conceptualized by his son. Included in the book were the major moves acted by the President as the head of state, and his personal sentiments as an extraordinary being.
Newsday reported that George W. Bush's book tackles on his father's decision on the war in Iraq in 1991, his early unsuccessful attempts in politics and his defeat in 1992 against Bill Clinton. In fact, he pointed out that it was not really his father's intention to pursue a presidential bid in 1992. A more personal side of George W.H. Bush is also revealed in the book, such as his emotions towards the death of his child, Robin, the federal lawsuit against his son, Neil Bush and other urgent concerns that mattered most to the elder Bush. A portrait of him is also included in the book, which is a part of George W. Bush's collection of oil paintings of world leaders.
Little is mentioned about the author's saga, despite reaching the same peak of political career as that of his father. Aside from acknowledging that his father is his key adviser, the younger Bush also dismiss some allegations on his policies as a reaction to some significant moves during his father's presidency, particularly the war on Iraq.
CNN also reported that while he is currently enjoying a serene life in Texas, devoting much of his effort on painting, George W. Bush is still enthusiastic about the idea of having his brother Jeb Bush for 2016 Presidential Elections. Politics is not yet out of his agenda and is more than eager to extend a hand the moment his brother takes the final decision.
With lots of speculations brewing on the Bush Family, the "41: A Portrait of My Father" which he stated in the author's note as, "a love story - a personal portrait of the extraordinary man who I am blessed to call my dad", will shed light on the current issues surrounding the leader's tale.
