‘Star Wars Episode VII’ Possible Titles: Disney Announces Title Of First Movie Without George Lucas

News of the upcoming trilogy that will bring back classic science fiction characters such as Luke and Leia Skywalker and Han Solo has everyone in a twist, but now the theories for "Star Wars Episode VII" possible titles can come to an end: Disney has announced the official one!

For months on end, fans have been making theories regarding the "Star Wars Episode VII" possible titles, taking into account the expanded universe that has been going on beyond the films for decades now.

Even though Disney has said repeatedly that the new trilogy would pay no attention to the existing expanded universe, it hasn't stopped fans from theorizing about "Star Wars Episode VII" possible titles. But now they can quiet down, as the Force will finally be with them!

According to ABC News, the rumors of the "Star Wars Episode VII" possible titles came to an end earlier this week, when the Twitter account of Star Wars said that the film had ended principal photography and would now go into postproduction, which is to say, the fun and awesome special effects that have made a galaxy far, far away famous for almost four decades!

It'll be more than a full year until the film is released to the public, which gives the special effects plenty of time to tweak the new movie into perfection. According to Sky News, the new "Star Wars" film will be released on December 18, 2015.

As rumors of the "Star Wars Episode VII" possible titles appease, the official title has given fans something to talk about for the upcoming months until the first trailers are released. As announced earlier this week, the new movie will be called "The Force Awakens."

While the plot of this movie has been kept a tightly kept secret, news of its casting choices have excited many since the first announcements came out. Not only will the classic cast return - Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford and, of course, Chewbacca -, but there are also some really interesting additions such as recent Oscar-winning actress Lupina Nyong'o, Oscar-nominated actor Max von Sydow, "Lord of the Rings" star Andy Serkis (the voice of Gollum) and at least two stars of major HBO shows: "Game of Thrones" blonde Gwendoline Christie and "Girls" star Adam Driver.

No doubt, everyone is (im)patiently awaiting for "Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens"!
