Enzo is going sneaky and conniving in the brand new episode tonight. For one thing, while he is being held hostage by Tripp, he is not afraid of outing his friends' real identities. We're hoping Caroline, Elena and Stefan will find out about this sooner, or things will not really go that well again. On the other hand, Matt remains loyal to his friends and is not spilling more info that what Enzo already revealed. But this is not at all surprising since Matt and Enzo are not at all on friendly terms amid the trouble they are in. Amid all the hustle and bustle, show fans will finally witness the lovely reunion between Elena and Damon. But this will not go smoothly since Elena's loving memory of the latter has already been erased, so now she only thinks of Damon as Stefan's serial killer brother. "The show was so Delena-heavy and their love was such an epic love and such a big story point for so many years that it's a strange dynamic now to have all that gone. Which is kind of what makes it interesting because it's an Elena we've never seen before," actress Nina Dobrev recently gushed about the future of Delena on the show. After learning that Enzo has been captured by Tripp, Caroline teams up with Matt and Stefan to rescue him before Tripp learns their true identities. Armed with some new information about her past, Sarah breaks into Tripp's office and is surprised when she finds Matt there, doing some investigating of his own. Meanwhile, Elena is forced to deal with the consequences of her actions, and Jeremy hits rock bottom, lashing out in a destructive way. Lastly, Damon is determined to take matters into his own hands when he receives some upsetting news."
