Miranda Lambert's diet boils down to three things: portion size, juice in the morning and exercise.

"I haven't given up everything!" she went on to confess. "I try to just cut everything in half." The singer drinks store bought prepared pressed juice every morning. She doesn't do the juicer stuff because she admitted that she does not like cleaning.

As for her workouts, the Miranda Lambert weight loss was triggered by lots of cardio exercises. The self confessed Cheetos girl who says she can not quit vodka, jogs every day.
