Nicole Richie Diet- The reality star turned designer seems to turn to her old routine of crash dieting. Lately, Richie admitted her weight dropped down to 88 pounds with her odd diet consisting of celery, sunflower seeds and chewing gum.
Nicole Richie diet is actually more of green juice cleanse that she does every week. Apparently, Richie is ordering her foods from Zen foods while she's taking green cleanse which makes her slim down tremendously.
Richie confirmed that she's been so stress lately and that she needed to take something to replace her lessened solid food consumption. Nicole Richie Diet allegedly includes six small green juices daily.
"Nicole doesn't have a big appetite and even juice fills her up fast. She likes that she keeps healthy and mostly does the cleanses for health - but it's also a strong guide for watching her weight," a source revealed.
The source also added Richie's stomach has reduced so much over the past months making her full even just a handful size of salad. Although Nicole Richie Diet was to keep up with a normal nutritional plan, she weighed down to 88 pounds.
Seeing her shrinking figure, Richie's fans became totally worried about the designer and advised her to regain her weight back.
Nicole Richie Diet has taken its toll on her looks and made the people she loves worry about her too much including Joel Madden, her husband who has been in Australia for work.
Richie, 32, has established her fashion line House of Harlow 1960 and has featured reality TV shows, "Fashion Star" and "The Simple Life." She is adopted daughter of Lionel Richie and Brenda Harvey, and is married Madden, a musician with whom she has a daughter, Harlow, 6, and son, Sparrow, 4.
