Last week, Barry Allen suffered some setbacks when he couldn't keep up to the metabolism rate of his superhero alter-ego, The Flash. Aside from passing out, he also felt weaker at times when he badly needed to get some action done. Fortunately, Cisco and Caitlin managed to identify what was wrong with his body while he was after a meta-human who has the capacity to clone himself into as many number of copies he wants. Though fighting this felon, who is apparently a former scientist, proved to be very tricky, the team and Barry realized that just like him this meta-human has a weakness. In the end, he managed to identify the real one from what seemed to be thousands of clones ready to strike The Flash and show no mercy. This week, Barry's journey as a superhero continues when another dangerous meta-human surfaces in Central City. In tonight's show, when a new meta-human starts terrorizing the city, Barry and the gang of Dr. Wells will try to find and stop him from causing more trouble. However, the task won't come easy specially when this meta-human has the power to release toxic gases. Meanwhile, 'Tomorrow People' alum Robbie Amell's Ronnie Raymond, Caitlin Snow's fiancé, will finally make an appearance this week. And based on new spoilers, more characters from the DC Comics universe are expected to make cameo appearances this week. Amell's character, who is presumed to be dead is actually a meta-human who is best known as Firestorm in the comic books. Meanwhile, Joe decides to finally visit Henry in jail after all these years, but things take a dangerous turn when Kyle shows up looking to punish Joe for arresting him years ago. Meanwhile, Iris and Eddie continue to hide their relationship from Joe. Jesse Warn directed the episode written by Alison Schapker & Grainne Godfree."
'The Flash' stars Grant Gustin as the titular Flash or Barry Allen, John Wesley Shipp as Allen's father, Jesse L. Martin as Detective Joe Martin and Candice Patton as Iris. Other 'The Flash' stars include: Tom Cavanagh as Harrison Wells, Danielle Panabaker as Caitlin Snow, Carlos Valdes as Cisco Ramon and Rick Cosnett as Eddie Thawne, among others. Guest starring this week are William Sadler as Simon Stagg and Michael Christopher Smith as Danton Black.
