Bradley Cooper is Seriously Extra About His Gelato
In a hilarious new ad campaign, Bradley Cooper is taking his love for Talenti frozen desserts to some hysterical next-level celebrity stalker moments, except it's the celeb who's doing the stalking! The Oscar nominee stars in two hysterical commercials where he ambushes poor, unsuspecting gelato fans in their own homes so he can wax poetic about the frozen treats.
Celebrity Creeper!
In one clip, Cooper lurks behind a woman's couch, narrating in dramatic detail as she eats a Talenti pint. "Talenti salted caramel truffle layers with creamy, salted caramel gelato...cookies," he intones intensely. The terrified woman snarks back, annoyed "I can see the cookies - the jar is see-through!"
Getting in People's Faces
The next ad sees Cooper corner some dude in his kitchen mid-bite. "Talenti mango sorbetto is made with 100% real fruit," Cooper's disembodied voice booms. When the man sassily replies, "Yeah, I know," the camera pans to reveal Cooper...inches from the guy's face! He smirks expectantly until the man gives him a nervous nod.
While the awkward intimacy of the commercials is definitely cringe-inducing, you have to admire Cooper's comedic chops while playing this passionate gelato weirdo. Though we can't imagine customers will be thrilled to have him lurking around during snack time, their frozen treats rank high in our freezer pile, so give them a shot! We swear Cooper won't jump out from behind your couch while you're scarfing a pint.
