BONUS: Beyond cola being a great compliment to some smoked brisket, believe it or not, the sweet soft drink makes for an amazing marinade! Just mix Pepsi with some soy sauce, Worcestershire, brown sugar, fresh ground pepper, crushed garlic, onion powder, grated ginger, OJ, and a little brown sugar, add meat, refrigerate overnight, and the next day, you got some sweet and zesty vittles for the barbie. It's fine for whatever meat you like, but we prefer this mix with pork chops or kebabs.
