The "MMMproved" Difference
Chips Ahoy's new chocolate chips are boasting a higher cocoa content. This translates to a deeper, richer chocolate flavor with less bitterness. They've also added more Madagascar vanilla extract to the biscuit for a more well-rounded flavor profile. The new recipe tackles texture too.
