Holy Smokey Irish Coffee
Coffee is one of the ideal drinks that you can share with someone. However, putting a little twist to it can make it even better.
Head of Coffee at Gentleman Baristas, London, Antonio Orria, decided to create the Holy Smokey Irish Coffee.
To create this drink, pour in 140ml hot filter coffee, 25 ml of mescal, 50ml Jameson Irish Whiskey Stout edition, and 15ml simple syrup in an 8oz glass.
In a separate container, pour 15ml Frangelico, and 150ml double cream, then close and shake vigorously. Place a spoon on top of the coffee mix and pour the infused cream on the drink.
Warm Earl Grey Cocktail
Hot tea can also be leveled up too! Try this Warm Earl Grey Cocktail drink from the Head Chef at Murrays, Towcester, Harvey Lockwood.
Start by making Earl Grey infused gin. Add 2 tbsp loose Earl Grey to 200ml of gin and leave it for one hour and 45 minutes.
Mix in 40ml of the gin with 15ml Cointreau, 10ml Disaronno Amaretto, 10ml Martini Rosso, and 5ml lime juice. Pour the mixture into a teapot with hot Earl Grey tea and serve it with orange peel.

Chai Infused Hot Chocolate
For hot chocolate fans out there, this version will surely make the experience better. Chef Patron of Hide, London, Ollie Dabbous, advised to combine 1650g whole milk, 50g honey,125g whipping cream, and 9g black cardamom in a pan and bring it to boil.
Add 1g espelette pepper and 15g chai tea, then infuse for four minutes. Hand-blend 375g 68% Nyangbo chocolate, 100g 46% Bahibé chocolate, 2g fine salt, and 5g soy lecithin powder. Pass them through a sieve and serve.
Apple Tree Man's Gold
The Barrington Boar Co-Owner, Alasdair Clifford, loosely based this drink on the Wassailing folktale of the Apple Tree Man.
Start by mixing 20ml of Somerset Cider Brandy Company's Ice Cider with 25ml of gold spiced rum. The next step is to add 100ml of warmed apple juice, then garnish with local apples and star anise.
Rogue Winter Warmer
A perfect way to warm your winter days is the Rogue Winter Warmer drink created by the Ethicurean Ex-Chef, Jack Adair Bevan.
Start by making a mulled syrup. Using a pan with 300ml Regal Rogue Lively White vermouth, place 1 ½ tsp cloves, ½ tsp cinnamon, a pinch of nutmeg, star anise, a quarter of an orange, and lemon peel. Heat the mixture at low temperature for 20 minutes. Remove it from heat and leave to infuse for three hours.
In a sealable container, stir to dissolve 45ml honey and 250g sugar. Add this mixture to your infused Vermouth and heat. Pour it into a glass or mug with a slice of pear, cinnamon quill, and lemon peel as garnish.
