The targeted ketogenic diet revolves around more carbs and allows you to add more carb intake, especially during workouts. And lastly, a high-protein ketogenic diet is the same with SKD, but it focuses more on protein intake. The ratio of this ketogenic diet is 5% carbs, 35% protein, and 60% fat.
