If you're a born and raised San Franciscan, chances are you steer clear of touristy spots unless you have family or friends coming into town. That said, Bistro Boudin is a surprising exception. Growing up I had always assumed Boudin was only good for sourdough bread bowls filled with deliciously creamy clam chowder. While that is one of their specialties (recipe down below!), Bistro Boudin features a menu that's not only influenced by San Francisco, but also by the regional cuisine of Latin America, France, Italy and more.
