Julianne Hough is one of the celebrities having an incredible body. Julianne has been practicing ballet dancing since her childhood days, which she says has hugely assisted her in making her body lissome and marvelous.
According to Health Celeb, Hough said she prefers to have at least eight hours of sleeping and relaxing hours, spilled her five-step morning routine: Playing and snuggling with her two dogs when she first wakes up, eating breakfast, working out, and expressing thankfulness during "a moment of peace," or self-time and, finally, creating her "fashion and style for the day" based on her schedule.
It is no surprise that Jul's first meal contains plenty of nutritional power you don't get an ultra-toned body and the stamina for all those dips and spins by eating a lot of sweets and carbs. She said that her favorite dish is an egg-white omelet or a scramble with veggies like asparagus, mushrooms, spinach, and kale. Protein helps her begin her day in a healthy way. It carries her all the way through.
And like many strong-willed gym-goers who likes to get their sweat sessions out of the way early of the day, Jul is committed to her after breakfast workouts. She said that morning is her favorite time to work out. She'll either see her trainer, McGuire or hit a class at Tracy Anderson. She likes to shock her body by doing different things.
According to Elle, the star spilled her routine, which was made by McGuire and mixes full-body strength training moves with cardio intervals for maximum impact. Jul seems to have a multi-tasking personality and moves like the Drawbridge, which tones shoulders, butt, abs and thighs, are a natural fit. "I love how one move and a dumbbell can work your entire body," she said.
It looks like her morning schedule is working for her: Though her photo shoot for the magazine started at dawn on a warm Los Angeles day, she was already turning cartwheels as her dogs played along.
Julianne is sincere and vigilant both about her diet and exercises. That's what makes her more of a goddess. So, beginning your day early is not a bad idea to start with.
