Pumpkin - The wonderful thing about Halloween happening at the end of the month, other than the costumes and the candy, of course, is that people get incredibly creative. And most of all, with the number one ingredient and main character of Halloween: the pumpkin.
Already now, more than twenty days before Halloween, people are getting ready and they are doing it at full-swing. We were able to detect three of the best creations so far.
There always needs to be something in the shape of a muffin. It's sweet, it's spongy and everyone loves muffins, so it is a must to have a good recipe of them. This time, the one that won out was the pumpkin muffins proposed by The Daily, which is a portal of news of the University of Washington. The recipe is easy and doesn't take a lot of time.
Also, it contains sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and vegetable oil, and of course, pumpkin puree. What is there not to love about it?
2. Deep Fried Pumpkin Spice Latte
The Daily Mail seriously has the best pieces of news many times, and other times, they have the best pieces full stop.
They took the recipe from Amy Erickson and again, it is something quite simple to do for everyone. And another detail is that it has whipped cream, which combined with pumpkin is just remarkable.
It also has cinnamon, sugar, and some frying that makes it all not only shinny but incredibly tasty.
3. Pumpkin Keg
This one probably takes the price for being the most imaginative and at the same time, the one with less preparation. There is no mixing up, no frying, no getting in the kitchen, actually. Anyone can do it anywhere. The only thing needed is a massive pumpkin, getting the interior part out, but not completely because it adds up to the taste. Then, making a small hole and getting the spigot attached to it.
Last, but most important, is getting the beer inside and then closing up the pumpkin.
To understand even better, there is a complete explanation in the video from Samuel Adams.
