1. Bagels

This could be your favorite breakfast meal that goes with your cup of coffee, right? It's not naturally bad but an average deli bagel can have up to 350 calories and 50-60g of carbohydrates - equal in carbohydrates to three or four slices of bread. Most bagels don't contain vitamins, minerals and fiber. They're just, well, bagels!

2. Frosting/Icing is a sweet, often creamy glaze made of sugar with a liquid, such as water or milk that is often enriched with ingredients like butter, egg whites, cream cheese, or flavorings. There's so much transfat in your frost that raises bad cholesterol, lowers good cholesterol, and causes inflammation, which can lead to belly fat and diseases ranging from heart disease to diabetes.

3. Fast Foods

Fast foods are known as the "Fast Edibles." The average meal purchased by fast food customers surveyed was 827 calories. The average adult needs only 1,800 to 2,000 calories in a day.

4. Processed Baked Goods

Processed Baked Goods contain a number of the same toxins but in the guise of sweet muffins, flaky croissants and buttery muffins. Sugary cereals are often marketed to children, while the more nutritious ones are promoted to parents, not kids.

8. Bacon

Only 45 calories a strip, but it is really very high in fat, sodium, and the preservative sodium nitrate.

9. Soy Sauce

Modern soy sauces may also contain dangerous levels of chemicals known as chloropropanols, which are produced when soy sauce is sped up using acid hydrolyation methods. Chloropanols have been shown to cause cancer in animals.
