The Ellen DeGeneres Show: Adele Chomps On Wheat Grass

Adele recently showed that she can adjust herself to any situation. Additionally, she is perhaps the best prankster around.

The "Hello" Singer recently appeared in a pre - taped segment for The Ellen DeGeneres Show, which showed her and her host pulling off a prank on the unsuspecting staff at Jamba Juice.

The 27 - year - old singer walked into the smoothie bar to buy a drink, but was taking orders from Ellen through an earpiece, according to Mirror Magazine.

At one point, she also cut off some wheatgrass, which was placed behind the counter and started chomping on it, surprising the staff.

"This is really good actually. I feel like a deer in a forest," Adele is told to say, before making some bizarre deer sounds while she chews.

The situation, however, doesn't get awkward until Adele starts shouting "Hello from outside", and starts playing off her smash hit "Hello."

Although initially Adele asks for extra sizes and explains what ingredients she needs, yet the staffs are confused when she asks for "a large in a small cup."

As the staff continues to make her smoothie despite all the interruptions, Adele brings out a bottle of Amaretto from her handbag and asks them to add it to her drink.

When the staffs refuse, she takes a sip straight from the bottle and says, "I have the shakes. I haven't had a drink in hours."

During the whole scene, Ellen is seen laughing on the side of the screen, and considering the situation, viewers are amazed that Adele kept a straight face and carried on the mission.

Adele, however, continues with her prank by dumping her handbag on the counter while searching for money. This makes one shocked employee comment, "You have knives and Twizzlers in there."

The "Hello" singer, however, doesn't comment on that and instead asks, "Do I pay? I'm a celebrity. Do I have to pay?"

To answer this, the staff mentions that she has to pay, at which point Ellen allows her to explain the prank. Once the prank is complete, Adele throws off the wheatgrass by saying, "This is disgusting!"
