The health craze of today's generation can be seen in supermarkets where foods are labeled as "organics" if not "low sugar." We snack on these foods to make a difference for our health. However, these foods which we think are healthy actually aren't.

The energy bar is claimed to boast lots of healthy benefits but many of the profiles showed another fact. An energy bar is just candy bars with two ingredients omitted. Muffins
Muffins sound like a healthy breakfast but the combination of wheat flour and other ingredients may not be a good choice if you want the slim down. Muffins bought in bakery store are mostly loaded with sugar and calories. The calorie count of bran muffins may just be the same as doughnuts. Always read nutritional information before making a mistake trying to be healthy.
Dried fruits
Dried fruits often found in the trail mix could seem healthy but the preserved freshness plus added sweetener make dried fruits a step away from being sugar candy. There are trans fat, simple sugar and carbs in a dip. Despite the fact that these fruits contain minerals and vitamins - it is easy to overly eating the snack.
Most healthy foods in stores contain added ingredients which may not be good for your health. If you want to increase your food quality, you can make small changes by making it at home so you know what you're eating.
