For Jennifer Anniston, the start of the day should be packed with proteins, hence she tries out a variety of stuff along with almond milk.
Recently, in an interview with Bon Appétit, the "Friends" star spoke about her typical breakfast routine. Her diet consists of three typical ingredients: smoothie, eggs or an avocado toast chosen randomly.
"Sometimes it's a smoothie-bananas, cherries, a protein powder of some sort, almonds, cacao powder, and all sorts of other weird antioxidant stuff I can't remember-with almond milk," she said.
However, Aniston does agree that at times she also goes powerless over certain types of food. For her, homemade, crispy tortilla chips are her poison.
Additionally, she does like soft tacos, pasta carbonara (which is her hubby's and her signature dish), frozen yogurt, and coffee.
When asked what sort of food she likes, she answered with, "but I love salsa on everything. I love Mexican food in general."
Aniston has recently revealed a lot about her diet, saying that her general food philosophy is to "eat as much organic fruits and veggies as you can, keep sugar [intake] low, drink tons and tons of water, and get good sleep."
Check out how to make the special tacos which Aniston likes.
