Kim Kardashian West Diet: 'KUWTK' Star Becomes Ambassador of the Atkins Diet

After gaining weight due to her pregnancy, "Keeping Up with the Kardashian" star Kim Kardashian is now ready to get rid of the baby weight. How does she plan to lose the extra weight? Easy! Kim is said to be trying out the Atkins diet of which she'll be an ambassador for.

In an exclusive report by People, the reality star has signed on with Atkins for the Atkins 40. This is not the first time the star has used the Atkins diet as she had done the same thing in 2013 after giving birth to North.

The Atkins 40 diet aims user to eat from each food group. This includes protein, fat, and carbohydrates. In addition, the diet boasts of the fact that dieters get to enjoy potatoes, pasta, and vegetables. Dieters won't have to feel that they're depriving themselves of the good stuff. While the Atkins diet follows a low carbohydrate program, it limits the intake of sugar.

Right now with the help of the Atkins diet, the star aims to lose 40 pounds more even after losing 30 pounds last Tuesday. Kim had gained around 60 pounds due to her pregnancy with Saint. At the end of her pregnancy, Kim successfully lost 17 pounds thanks to dieting and breastfeeding.

"This is going to be soooo f****** hard," shared the star on her Twitter account, adding, "But I can do it and I can't wait to share it all with you! #BeastMode #WhosWithMe ?!?!?!"
