BRU Broth To Hit The Market Big In 2016

Bone broth is a healthy beverage made from meaty bones and beverage that simmer for hours before being strained. It is getting ready for a 2016 growth in the market, according to Food Navigator USA. Consumers need to heat up the beverage first. But, the beverage has won the hearts of cold beverage fanatics nevertheless.

BRU or bone broth was discovered by Soo-ah-Landa and friend, Mary Butler in 2014 in the San Francisco area. Landa admitted she discovered how to package and position the drink. This is the primary source which has brought success to BRU broth.

Landa shared her secrets on how they've marketed BRU Broth, saying:

"We thought it would be fairly straightforward that BRU Broth is to be consumed warm."

Landa shared they used terms such as pour, heat and drink, or heat sip and smile. The founder also shared they used the slogan "keep me cold, drink me hot" in their slogan.

Landa divulged that education was very important in marketing her product. She said it is really the marketers' intention to let the public know this is a warm drink. Landa said she and the rest of the marketers are still contemplating as to where to put BRU Broth in the supermarket aisles. They are contemplating to put it next to the soups in the grocery.

Bone broth costs around $7.49 and $8.99. Landa said they first introduced to gym fanatics and paleo diet fanatics. These people have then started to use BRU Broth as meal replacements. Landa described the drink as low in calories, but one that keeps the stomachs full.
