Did you know that there are people who call themselves "Taco Scientists" in Austin, Texas? and they authored a new book called "The Taco Cleanse" which illustrates the ways on how to get healthy by eating tacos-only tacos everyday.
Creators Wes Allison, Stephanie Bogdanich, Molly R. Frisinger and Jessica Morris have studied and designed a diet plan that instructs people to eat Tacos for breakfast, lunch and dinner for 30 days straight. All three authors have done the said diet and are encouraging others to try it and discover the potential.
The scientists dedicated many years studying the positive effects of the Taco Cleanse. Sad to say that this diet doesn't promise weight loss, instead the following results, as declared on their website:
