Chrissy Teigen received her dream Christmas present from husband, John Legend. The pregnant model was so happy to receive her cheese wheel last Saturday.
Daily Mail reports that Christmas came early for pregnant model Chrissy Teigen as her musician husband, John Legend gave her a whole parmesan wheel as a gift. In a sweet Instagram post, Chrissy thanked husband for the early Christmas present:
"John got me my lifetime dream for Christmas!' the supermodel, 30, wrote of her singer husband John Legend. 'A cheese wheel to dump pasta and risotto in for years to come! My tableside serving game is bout to be liiiiiit! Heading out to relax with the fam now woohoo!"
The FabLife host gushed about her gift and imagines how is she going to use her wheel of cheese. She describes the gift as a thing of beauty. She's excited to toss piping hot pasta so the cheese slowly melts and the pasta is served right away. She added that it actually makes her emotional to think about it.
According to the news site, the hallowed cheese is used to coat hot pasta with Parmesan. It creates a delicious mess of hot pasta and melted cheese.
The pregnant model posted another picture to show how a cook uses the hollowed cheese. This is rumoured to price above $1000.
The model loves food despite her slender figure. In fact, she will be publishing her first ever cookbook earlier next year. Already, it has been number one on Amazon for pre-sale orders. She is known to enthusiastically share her culinary skills on social media.
She wanted to create an authentic set of recipes to share with her fans she told Vogue magazine. She wanted to prove that she has a real passion and love for food.
This was proven when she posted on Instagram her culinary skills last Friday. Greek-inspired dishes were prepared by the soon-to-be mom. As seen on her post, John is seen massive lamb chops. She also made grilled whole fish with lemon slices and herbs. For dessert, she made some tasty Baklava treats.
Chrissy is expected to give birth to her first child in the spring.
