Victoria's Secret Model Liliy Aldridge was the lucky lady who got to wear the Fantasy Bra worth $2 million dollars, adorned with 18 carat gold and 6500 precious blue topaz stones, red garnets and diamonds. That's an expensive heavy bra to wear but what she had to go through in order to be the perfect carrier for the Fantasy bra is much more interesting.

The California born model stresses that she eats a lot of vegetables and roast chicken. Her healthy diet is all about clean eating. She explains in Cosmopolitan that she cooks her own food which means she really watches what she eats and takes into consideration the portion sizes.

I love avocado. It's my favorite snack. I eat it with rice cakes, plain, or make guacamole. It's so healthy for you and so satisfying.

If you've seen her cover on the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit magazine, her toned body is not easy to achieve. He work out schedule is an hour every morning, even on weekends, and a half hour in the afternoon. Sometimes, for fun, she switches it up by doing 30 in the morning and 60 in the afternoon. What does she do? She does a lot of cardio exercises and Ballet Beautiful for an hour.

She loves to work out and doesn't focus on weight. Why? She doesn't have a weight goal. She just wants to feel good and look good. And she does this for the whole year. This is a normal thing for her and she didn't even need to do a whole lot of changes to prepare for the annual Victoria Secret Fashion show.
