In what is considered the third wave of leaked celebrity nude photos, 4chan and Anna Kendrick have become fast enemies; after the actress and singer of hit single 'Cups' joked on Twitter that her brother was happy he hadn't seen her on the list, 4chan's Anna Kendrick photos have now seen the light.
Reddit and 4chan's Anna Kendrick photos were released last Friday, according to the Daily Beast. However, as has been the case with the first two waves of the private leaked celebrity nude photos, 4chan's Anna Kendrick pictures aren't the only ones that have been released in the website and fellow forum Reddit, and other women targeted this time include: three-time Olympic gold medalist Misty May-Treanor, soap opera star Alexandra Chando, actress Kelli Garner (from Going the Distance), TV presenter Brook Burns, and actress Lauren O'Neil. There was also a leak of video and images of actress Briana Evigan of the Step Up films, The Independent reports.
4chan's Anna Kendrick photos are reportedly amongst the most tamed in the bunch, as she's seen clothed in all 87 of the pictures. The images apparently show the actress partying with friends, fully clothed, in regular behavior for any person in their 20s.
This third wave of leaked celebrity nude photos follows a constant release of pictures in the past month, from female stars of every field, as varied as model Kate Upton, goalie of U.S. national soccer team Hope Solo, Masters of Sex star Lizzy Caplan and singer Rihanna, among many others. The most famous leaks have been of Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Lawrence, as she's been the biggest victim of the leak: new pictures of her have been featured in every one of the waves of leaked celebrity nude leaks.
The leaks have been dubbed "The Fappening" on the web, as "fap" is an Internet word that means masturbation. 4chan's Anna Kendrick's photos, along with the rest of the leaked pictures, have reportedly been obtained by hackers due to a weak security system of Apple's iCloud platform.
