With only a week to go before the huge premiere, a new international trailer for 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' has just been released and it features even more exciting footage from the film!
The Chinese trailer for 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' appears to have been edited to cater to fans who love spaceships and action sequences. The teaser also has some new dialogue from Kylo Ren and the mysterious Supreme Leader Snoke as well as an interesting conversation between Rey and BB-8.
The trailer opens with Kylo Ren touching down in Jakku as he says, "I'll show them the power of the Darkness. No one will stand in our way." He concludes, "I will finish what you started," and it is revealed that he is addressing the ruined remains of Darth Vader's mask.
The video then moves on to show previously seen footage of Rey before a rather new scene with BB-8 approaching her. "Where do you come from?" she asks the astromech droid, who has an interesting response. "Classified? Really?" Rey says before adding, "Me too."
Then it is on to the sequences with Rey and Finn trying to escape the First Order TIE Fighter attack on Jakku. "We can't outrun them!" Finn yells, to which his companion answers, "We must!" The rogue Stormtrooper isn't very optimistic. "We need a pilot!" he declares and Rey yells back, "We've got one!" before the Millennium Falcon flies into the scene.
Han Solo appears to have lost some confidence in his beloved spacecraft. "Come on baby, don't let me down," he says as his new passengers share a nervous look.
There is a longer look at D'Qar, the planet that the Resistance uses as their base before Supreme Leader Snoke declares, "We will crush the Resistance, once and for all."
'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' finally arrives in theaters on December 18.
