Charlie Sheen is firing back at his ex Brett Rossi as the 50-year-old actor is denying Brett’s claims that he didn’t tell her that he was HIV-positive and he claims it’s outrageous she alleges he forced her to get an abortion.
Sheen wants her lawsuit tossed and their disagreements to be handled in arbitration, as outlined in a non-disclosure agreement signed by both parties.
The court documents filed on December 7 by Charlie and was obtained by Us Weekly, claim that not only was Brett “well aware” that he was HIV-positive but that she’s doing this to try and get money from him.
“This is a case by an extortionist, Scottine Ross aka Brett Rossi . . . who gets paid for sex as a prostitute and a porn star.” It goes on to say that Brett “attempted to extort millions of dollars by disclosing Sheen’s medical condition even though she had signed a confidentiality agreement.”
Ross filed a complaint with the Superior California Court last week claiming Charlie of assault, battery, and false imprisonment. It also said Sheen failed to disclose he was HIV positive before they had sex and pressured her to have an abortion, both of which Sheen denied in his petition.
They were engaged from February of 2014 before Charlie broke it off eight months later.
Charlie’s court documents also say: “He never kicked, choked, dragged, shook, or struck Rossi, and he never threatened to kill her or forced her to have an abortion, as she wildly alleges. In fact, Rossi told Sheen that she was taking birth control pills during the entire course of their relationship.”
This saga falls on the heels of Sheen's public confirmation on live television. Sheen disclosed his HIV status on the “Today Show” in mid-November.
A court date is set for February 29, 2016 in Los Angeles.
