The "Fast and Furious" star Tyrese Gibson boost the ante in holiday gift-giving by buying his 8-year-old daughter Shayla her very own island, on Thursday, December 3.
"Well, I just bought my daughter an island," the singer told Us Weekly. "Can't say [where]. She knows all about it and the island is called Love Island. I'll be putting it up on my Facebook soon."
This is a pretty unbelievable present, but it isn’t the first time that the father-of-one has spoiled his little princess.
Last month, the proud father walked the red carpet at the American Music Awards accompanied by his daughter, who proved to be a natural, waving and posing like a trained professional.
Donning a simple but elegant gold and black gown, bright orange lipstick and her hair pulled back in a perfectly styled ballerina cute bun, the little diva was sassy and charming.
Later in the evening, Shayla had another starring role as she went up on stage with her father to present an award.
The father-daughter tandem joined the actor Wilmer Valderrama of "That 70s Show" - is an American television series focused on the lives of a group of teenage friends living in the fictional suburban town of Point Place, Wisconsin.
Shayla Somer Gibson is Gibson's daughter with his ex-wife, Norma, whom he was married to from 2007 to 2009. Tyrese filed legal docs to his ex-wife for taking their child away from him permanently by leaving to Israel.
The 36-year-old actor's ex-wife is an Israeli citizen and allowed to stay in Israel permanently.
Norma refused to sign a contract prepared by Tyrese that explained to return their daughter, Shayla by a certain date and when she violated the said agreement she'd lost the custody of Shayla.
On July 10, 2015, Tyrese's album the "Black Rose" was released and had debuted at number 1 on the Billboard 200, with first-week sales of 77,000 copies, making it Gibson's first number one album of his career.
