MasterChef Junior: The Show where young people show how well they can cook, sometimes even better than the adult chefs will be back in November for a Second Season after a very successful First Season in Fox.
MasterChef Junior... what is this? Well, a cooking show obviously! The word 'Chef' is the first clue to reach this conclusion. It involves very young people, from the ages of 8 to 13 to compete to see who is the best little Chef.
It is based on the format made before in the UK called Junior MasterChef and the Production team in Fox does a nationwide search for 24 first contestants that will compete to be in the Top 12. Then, they keep on being reduced as episodes continue and so on.
Also, something that adds up to MasterChef Junior's charm is the fact that the judge is no more and no less than Gordon Ramsay, the award-winning Chef who was in Hell's Kitchen and MasterChef. He is famous for being a loud-mouth and cursing a lot.
The Producers in Fox were actually worried in MasterChef Junior about having Ramsay because of his cursing and doing it to contestants especially. He did promise he wouldn't do it, as these are kids we are talking about, and he actually didn't... almost. He cursed once last season but not at a contestant.
E!Online has noted that MasterChef Junior is "returning for a Third Season and the Second one hasn't even started yet."
This happened in March 5th, so there clearly is a lot of faith in these kids who have shown immense talent during the First Season.
We will just have to wait and see what the Second Season is like in MasterChef Junior, how many challenging recipes they will have to cook and how old will the little MasterChef Junior be in the end!
