Wendy Williams has lost more than 50 pounds, and now has the body to showed off in a cleavage bearing black one piece and revealed her toned arms and legs on Saturday, November 28, on a beach in Harbour, Florida.
The 51-year-old talk show host referred her healthy lifestyle to “lots of cardio” - is physical exercise of low to high intensity that depends primarily on the aerobic energy-generating process. and “Pilates,” - improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the whole human body, plus, a meat-free diet.
She has considered her current weight-loss to eating less, including giving up meat, refined sugars and dairy.
"I can't say that that has made me lose weight because I already lost 50 pounds in three years, which I find to be amazing," she shared.
Because, of all the crazy diets I've been on, none have ever been as effective as [saying to myself], 'Just push back, fatso. Just stop eating so much."
She added, "I go to the gym because it's not about me losing weight at this point, it's about me trying to fight heart disease."
Williams admitted to being on a diet her whole life, but she’s found the most success now because she’s learned to take her time.

Several years ago, Wendy Williams underwent liposuction and a tummy tuck and even breast enlargement.
Williams also offered advice to others: "It's not gonna happen overnight," she said. Williams stressed that it's important to remember that "slow and steady is the name of the game."
In 2015 Wendy Williams was nominated at the Daytime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Entertainment Talk Show Host and the show itself was nominated for Outstanding Talk Show.
