Khloe Kardashian's, 31, tough times lead her to a new source of comfort - ice cream.
After admitting that her 2015 has been her worst year so far she assured fans that there is lot of options she could have in order to cope.
She also enumerated listening to music and going to gym as her comforter during her darker days.
One of the star's fan asked her on Twitter: "What keeps you going when you get down in the dumps?"
"Sometimes a little bit of ice cream helps, " Khloe replied.
"But you know what, music is a mood-changer. If I'm sad and I'm going to listen to something sad, a love song or whatever, I'm just gonna be sadder and cry," she continued.
"And sometimes you need a good cry but you cannot sit balled up in a corner and just 'Oh, woe is me.' Everyone is allowed to have their day, everyone's allowed to feel bad, but you've got to get over it. You've got to get up.
"Go to the gym, get some endorphins going in you," she added.
Khloe confessed that she will not forget the year 2015 aside from ex-husband Lamar Odom's situation after being drunk and overdosed, the TV reality star will also not forget getting a staph infection because of being her ex-husband's side in the hospital.
Khloe's ex-husband is still recovering in the hospital after a collapse earlier this year because of an alcohol and drugs overindulge at a Nevada brothel.
"Without my crazy, chaotic, amazing family, I'm not sure how I could have gone through some of the things that I was tested with this year. Every night I thank the Lord for blessing me with the world's best support system and team of unconditional love," she wrote on her website.
