New Coca Cola Sensation! Mother-Of-One Shed 50kg After Drinking Coca Cola

Ursula Glover, 31, weighing 117 kilograms almost one year ago shed 50 kilograms and dropped to just 67 kilos because of her diet transformation.

Mrs. Glover spent time telling Daily Mail Australia the reason of her determination to lose weight. 'My son, partner and I went to Dreamworld water park and after lining up for what felt like forever we finally got up there and they asked how much I weighed and I wasn't able to go on due to the 100 kilogram weight restriction.'

'We had to walk back down...that's what prompted a change really as I guess I didn't realize how big I was,' she added.

The mother-of-one from Queensland just like other moms has been struggling with her weight since her 12-year-old son's birth.

'I used to drink a lot of soft drink so I had to cut it out...I was drinking a liter of Coca Cola a day and it was so easy to do,' Mrs. Glover continues.

'I would eat everything and anything, I never exercised and I would smash a packet of chips like it was nothing and we were all doing it.'

Mrs. Glover even bought a cross trainer and managed to change her lifestyle because she was even afraid to go to the gym.

'I was so big and lazy and I assumed everybody at the gym was already fit... I would have no idea what I was doing and it was scary,' Mrs. Glover said.

'I lost 10 kilograms at home after making small changes including swapping to healthy meals from pizza and ice cream and not going out for meals as much.'

After losing 10 kilogram she decided to sign up in a two 12-week challenges in a local gym which includes personal training sessions with intense weights and cardio-focused boot camps.

Because she is so determined she forced herself to continue even in her tough first few weeks and after she notice that changes appeared in her body, she even work harder.

Mrs. Glover lost 50 kilograms and her partner had lost 30 kilograms after her hard work of 11 months and two 12-week challenges at Goodlife Health Club.

Mrs. Glover wants her story to inspire other women especially mommies to aim for a change.
