According to Entertainment Tonight Online, the star, currently in the midst of a huge comeback including a recent Las Vegas residency at the Caesar's Palace and an upcoming Christmas special, recently sat down on "Steve Harvey" and obviously the subject of Mariah Carey and James Packer came out, and she's not afraid to gush about her love!
As People Magazine reports, the 46 year-old diva feels she "got lucky" with Mariah Carey and James Packer's relationship, which has gotten increasingly serious with the passing months, even making their official red carpet debut weeks back.
"We first met in Aspen," the songstress shared on the interview, crazy in love with the new Mariah Carey and James Packer relationship. "A couple years ago we were at the Hercules premiere. We were talking and laughing and people were getting mad at us and stuff like that. So we hit it off."
As News.com.au reports, Mariah also got an early Christmas present from her billion-dollar beau: she was wearing a Van Cleefs & Arpels diamond sparkler around her neck after he gave it to her, apparently ahead of one of her shows in Vegas.
For now, the love between Mariah Carey and James Packer continues, as they travel the world alongside the singer's two children with Cannon!
